The Opportunity

A forward-thinking organisation is seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Consultant to support organisations with AI adoption, digital transformation, and modern technology solutions across multiple sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and innovative consultant looking to help businesses improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and modernise operational processes through emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will support transformation initiatives from strategy through to implementation, helping organisations navigate digital change within fast-paced and evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organisations with AI adoption and digital transformation strategies

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and automation

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend digital solutions

• Support implementation of AI tools, automation platforms, and modern workplace technologies

• Deliver process mapping, workflow analysis, and transformation recommendations

• Assist with change management and user adoption initiatives across transformation projects

• Provide insight into emerging technologies, AI trends, and digital best practices

• Support data-driven decision-making and reporting improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with technical teams, operational leaders, and external partners

• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across client environments

• Deliver presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities where required

About You

• Previous experience within digital transformation, technology consulting, or AI-focused roles

• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation, and modern workplace technologies

• Commercially aware with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Analytical and solution-focused approach to problem solving

• Comfortable working across multiple projects and fast-paced environments

• Experience supporting organisational change and technology adoption initiatives

• Passionate about innovation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation platforms, or transformation tools advantageous
