The Opportunity

A growing and forward-thinking organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across employee relations, people strategy, and organisational development within a fast-paced business environment.

Working across multiple business areas, the successful candidate will provide both strategic and operational HR support, driving people initiatives that support business growth, engagement, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and senior leaders to provide proactive HR support and guidance

  • Support employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues

  • Contribute to people strategy, organisational development, and workforce planning initiatives

  • Support change management and business transformation projects

  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives

  • Coach and support managers on people management best practice and employment legislation

  • Assist with talent development, succession planning, and performance management processes

  • Support recruitment activity and onboarding initiatives where required

  • Analyse HR data and trends to support business decision-making

  • Ensure HR policies and processes remain compliant and fit for purpose

  • Contribute to continuous improvement across HR processes and people initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience within an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role

  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing complex HR cases

  • Commercially aware with the ability to align people strategy to business objectives

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation

  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice

  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification desirable

  • Experience within fast-paced commercial or operational environments advantageous
