A growing technology-focused organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join its expanding development team, supporting the delivery of modern software solutions across a range of innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and systems

• Collaborate with product, development, and infrastructure teams across the full software development lifecycle

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practice standards

• Support system architecture, technical design, and software optimisation initiatives

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues

• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities

• Mentor and support junior developers within the team

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements

• Support deployment, integration, and ongoing system enhancements

• Contribute to Agile development processes and sprint planning activities

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, development trends, and best practices

About You

• Previous experience within a Software Engineer or Senior Developer role

• Strong programming experience across modern development languages and frameworks

• Experience building scalable applications within commercial environments

• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integration

• Experience working within Agile development environments

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

• Passionate about technology, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines advantageous
